TM-2000Y2/3000Y2
This machine is released under the TM-4000Y2 series.
It inherits the features of opposed twin-spindle and two turrets having upper/lower Y-axes (12 stations x 2). The standard chuck size is 6 x 6 inches for TM-2000Y2 and 8 x 6 inches for TM-3000Y2.
The turret is not lifted during turning. This new structure allows cycle time reduction.
A remaining blank discharge unit, which has long been requested, is added to the process integration function common to the series.
The compact machine further upgrades the process integration function common to the series to improve productivity.
As an effort to achieve SDGs, air consumption has been reduced by 64% for TM-2000Y2 and by 48% for TM-3000Y2 compared to conventional machines to achieve energy saving designs.
